Health and Safety

Altamira Consulting Ltd. is committed to the safety of its employees, and therefore to the promotion of safe work environments and the prevention of occupational injuries. We follow industry standards, continually strive to improve our safety program, and believe that most injuries are preventable and that excellence in safety is a key aspect for success in business.

Our campany has met the SAFE companies SEBASE certification standard and we are now SAFE certified by the BC Forest Safety Council and we have received our Certificate of Recognition from WorksafeBC.

We are currently working on building a similar Health and Safety program for Alberta in order achieve a Certificate of Recognition through the Alberta Forest Products Association. We expect to meet and become COR compliant later this year.
